Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Your Right to Control How Your Data Is Shared

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

At NursingReach, we value your privacy and are dedicated to giving you full control over your personal data. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

While NursingReach does not exchange personal data for monetary compensation, certain data sharing for advertising and analytics purposes may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA definitions. This page explains how you can exercise your right to opt out.

1. What Does "Selling" or "Sharing" Your Data Mean?

Under CCPA, a "sale" of personal information does not necessarily involve monetary exchange. It can also encompass:

  • Sharing data with third-party advertising networks to deliver personalized ads.
  • Utilizing tracking technologies (e.g., cookies, pixels) for marketing and analytics purposes.

Although we do not directly sell your data, we may share it with advertising partners, analytics providers, or marketing platforms to enhance our services.

We DO NOT sell:

  • Financial information
  • Health-related data
  • Social Security numbers
  • Sensitive personal data
