California Opt-Out Notice for Sale and Sharing

We do not ordinarily monetize personal information through direct cash exchanges. However, certain advertising and analytics disclosures may be interpreted as "sharing" or "sale" under California definitions. You may opt out of such processing where applicable.
1. What Does "Selling" or "Sharing" Your Data Mean?
Under CCPA/CPRA, "sale" and "sharing" can include disclosures to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even where no direct payment is exchanged.
- Transfer of identifiers or device signals to advertising partners for audience targeting or campaign optimization.
- Use of cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies that enable cross-site attribution or profiling.
These activities are limited by contractual controls and privacy settings, and can be restricted further when you submit an opt-out request.
Data We Do Not Intentionally Commercialize:
- Patient medical records
- Social security numbers
- Full financial account credentials
- Other high-risk sensitive personal information categories
2. How to Opt-Out of Data Selling/Sharing
If you are a California resident and wish to opt out, you may use one of the following channels:
A. Submit an Opt-Out Request Online
Submit a request through our Contact Us form and indicate that it is a "Do Not Sell or Share" request.
B. Email Your Request
You may transmit your request via the same contact channel and provide sufficient identifying details for verification.
C. Call Our Privacy Team
Where telephonic support is offered, authorized representatives may assist with intake and verification steps.
D. Adjust Your Cookie Preferences
You may also limit advertising-related disclosures by:
- Blocking third-party cookies at the browser level.
- Applying available site-level cookie preference controls.
3. What Happens When You Opt-Out?
- We will stop applicable sale/share processing covered by your verified request.
- Personalized advertising relevance may decrease or cease.
- Core services, including account access and customer support, remain available.
- Requests are processed within legally required timelines. Browser-based controls may need to be reset if cookies are cleared or a new device is used.
4. Opt-Out for Authorized Agents
Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents, provided adequate proof of authority is supplied.
- Provide signed written authorization from the consumer.
- Support consumer identity verification where requested.
- Submit through our Contact Us channel.
5. Non-Discrimination Policy
We will not unlawfully discriminate against consumers for exercising CCPA rights, including by:
- Refusing service solely due to a valid rights request
- Imposing prohibited punitive pricing differentials
- Reducing service quality as retaliation
Any lawful incentive program will be disclosed separately with terms required by statute.
6. Additional Privacy Rights (CCPA & GDPR)
California residents may also exercise additional rights, including:
- Right to know categories and specific pieces of personal information
- Right to request deletion, subject to exceptions
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable
Users in the European Economic Area may have additional rights under GDPR, including objection and data portability rights.
